Art Tourism

The Art Tourism Committee worked with Carver County to have the latest barn quilt completed and installed at the Baylor Regional Park barn in Norwood Young America. We invited the public to participate in a naming contest to name this latest quilt. The winner was announced on July 20th, during the Taste of NYA, and was Jane Bauman of Excelsior, MN. Her winning entry was “Reasons for Seasons”. Congratulations! Jane received a gift basket filled with Barn Quilt gifts and souvenirs. The public is invited to view the new barn quilt at Baylor Park, which was created by ACCC artist Suzanne Thiesfeld!
